Role and Responsibilities
Create and schedule social media posts related to Fine Art and Collections on platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance digital media presence and strengthen brand identity.
Maintain accuracy and organization of mailing technologies and CRM, expanding email marketing efforts.
Analyze and report marketing data from Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and webinars.
Provide administrative support, including mailing materials and researching competitive services.
Regularly update and maintain the company website.
Perform minor video editing tasks.
Assist with appraisal and advisory responsibilities, including photo editing and cataloging.
Ensure compliance with GDPR and British laws.
Coordinate effectively with team members across departments and global locations.
Requirements
Previous experience in supporting company marketing efforts, including social and digital marketing channels.
Degree in art history, marketing, or a related field preferred.
Experience working in auction houses, galleries, or related fields is beneficial.
Strong interest in the art and collectibles market.
Excellent work ethic with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong writing and editing skills.
Proactive team player with the ability to work independently.
Creative problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with WordPress, Mailchimp, and Hootsuite is preferred.
