Develops and implements communications plans and programs that effectively illustrate TriWest’s mission of serving the Military and Veteran communities. Assists in the research, development, implementation, and management of the company's internal and external communications plans, documents, and programs. Serves as a lead writer/editor for corporation, including executive ghost writing. Assists in the planning and delivery of internal campaigns and special events. Additionally, the role leads project management and approvals for creative content for TriWest’s Intranet site and daily internal news. Reports results of communications tactics and makes recommendations for future initiatives.Education & ExperienceRequired:Bachelor’s degree in business (with Marketing emphasis), Communications, Journalism, or related field; or equivalent experienceMust have U.S. citizenshipMust be able to receive a favorable interim and adjudicated final Department of Defense (DoD) background investigation5+ years of experience developing communications plans and writing projects in a fast-paced marketing, public relations, or corporate communications environment5+ years of demonstrated project coordination experience with creative projects in an in-house or agency environment.5+ years professional and proven writing and editing experience, including print and Web contentExperience with a variety of media including traditional and digital advertising, print production, social media, video content, etc.Advanced skills in MS Office to include Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams, and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud programs (InDesign)Strong verbal presentation and written communications skillsStrong analytical skills, with the ability to measure, track, report and optimize campaignsPreferredExperience managing design and production processes, including working with Web/Graphic designers, freelancers, agencies, printers, and other external vendors.Key ResponsibilitiesThis role is the intersection of creative, marketing, technology, operations and production. A Content Project Manager is a dynamic professional responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of communications projects within TriWest Healthcare Alliance. They are the strategic liaison between various internal and external departments, managing resources, and timelines while ensuring the project's successful completion.Serves as functional project leader for internal and external Communications that enhances the brand of TriWest while being incredibly detail oriented.Ensures consistent corporate approach and messaging. Applies consistent branding/image and corporate style management.Overall responsibility for content management including describing project goals, checking progress, writing and editing of documents (e.g., articles, letters, forms, proposals, reports), presentations, and website and social media communications for internal and external audiences.Assists with TriWest events and campaigns, including employee celebrations and community relations events. Participates in Board of Directors and Executive Council meeting logistics planning, and materials development as requested. Works closely with Project/Event Specialist.Manages multiple urgent tasks and often under strict deadlines, develops communication plans and programs which effectively utilize print and online media to maximize the education and promotion of internal and external TriWest news and programs.Interfaces with TriWest departments and senior leadership to coordinate the development and production of various communications and communications campaigns, as requested.Coordinates appropriate levels of reviews and approvals for materials and messages prior to distribution.Oversees the day-to-day coordination of our incoming requests and ongoing projects, assigning projects as they come into our team.Project Management: Intake project requests, work closely with internal and external departments to manage resources and timelines, and oversee the planning, execution, and closure of communications projects involving copywriters ensuring all best practices are implemented.All other duties as assigned.Regular and reliable attendance is required.CompetenciesCommitment to Task:
