We have an immediate opening for a Full Time Floating Assistant Community Manager Position in North/South King County Area. We are looking for a remarkable person who will be responsible for assisting the Community Manager in all day-to-day operations, has a can-do attitude, and works well in a team setting. We offer:
- $31 per hour
- Full-time employees earn 152 hours or 19 days of PTO per year with the ability to carry over up to 80 hours a year. Increased PTO after 6 and 9 consecutive years with Allied Residential.

Requirements:
- Available to work weekends
- The right candidate will perform leasing, marketing, customer service, and administrative duties.
- Knowledge of Yardi software preferred.
- Proficiency with general office software, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Have a positive attitude and willingness to participate in a team environment.
- Consistent work history and verifiable references.
- Ability to pass drug/background and reference check.
- A valid driver's license.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Conduct all business in accordance with Allied Residential policies and procedures; Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other Federal and State laws.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills including professional, prompt, and courteous interactions with residents, co-workers, and vendors; Handle resident, vendor, and prospective resident walk-ins.
- Provide residents and vendors with assistance in all aspects of scheduling building maintenance, communicating building procedures, and providing general building information.
- Process correspondence for residents, contractors, and other third parties for property management staff.
- Support overall office operational needs by answering phones, filing, ordering supplies, etc.
- Conduct lease renewals; ensure lease files are complete and filed properly.
- Perform rent collection, delinquency, and move-out statements.
- Maintain a highly organized filing system for leases, residents, insurance certificates, vendors, building contracts, and purchase orders.
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required.
This position does not include bonus, commission, or mileage compensation.
