We currently have an opening for an experienced full-time Floating Community Manager at North/South King County areas. We are looking for a remarkable person who will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our property. We offer:

1. $34 per hour
2. Full-time employees earn 152 hours or 19 days of PTO per year with the ability to carry over up to 80 hours a year. Increased PTO after 6 and 9 consecutive years with Allied Residential.

Requirements:

1. Travel to assigned communities to assist with managing/training as needed.
2. Minimum two years of prior apartment management experience.
3. Assistant management experience may be considered.
4. HUD/Tax Credit experience.
5. Great customer service, leadership, organization, and communication skills.
6. Detail-oriented.
7. Proficiency with general office software, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
8. Experience with Yardi accounting software preferred.
9. Well-rounded apartment management skill set.
10. Positive attitude and willingness to participate in a team environment.
11. Consistent work history and verifiable references.
12. Ability to pass drug/background and reference check.
13. Valid driver's license.

This position does not include bonus, commission, or mileage compensation.
