Documentation Specialist Hybrid in Pensacola, FL
Software Skills: • Microsoft M365- Intermediate knowledge • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) • Asana • SharePoint • Adobe Premier Pro (Intermediate/Advanced) • Adobe Firefly
Key Skills Needed: • Writing expertise o Technical (e.g., step/action procedures) and creative writing (MSR engagement) • Video Editing • Critical thinking and quality decision making o Adjusting priorities o What content to put in the manual/what to not add o Consider impact to the MSR/flow of the call o Does this apply to CCO and BOD o Is there any risk for dollar loss or increasing handle time
Tasks to be completed • Update QS eNet Landing page • Reworking/cleaning up the manual o Update all QS Manual pages to searchable manual pages • Archiving old eNet pages • Organizing the SharePoint document library o Ensuring we have a clean and easy to use Document Library and all outdated documents are archived • Updating all the forms in SharePoint to Nintex that haven’t been • Enhancing/updating the QS Leave Calendar in SharePoint
