Senior Digital & Creative Recruiter Specializing in Advertising & Marketing

Our client, a globally recognized company that specializes in designing and manufacturing high-quality branded, licensed, and owned apparel—primarily focused on childrenswear (from baby to big kids). Products feature beloved characters from licensing deals with iconic brands.

They are seeking a full-time Apparel Graphics Designer. As a key member of the design department, you will work on exciting, character-driven designs that will be seen on clothing worldwide!

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative graphics and designs for children's apparel, including T-shirts, outerwear, and accessories.
• Work with licensing partners.
• Collaborate with the design and product development teams to bring designs to life.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative design ideas that appeal to both kids and parents.
• Maintain the design process from concept to finished product, ensuring timelines and deadlines are met.

Requirements:

• Experience in apparel graphic design, ideally with a focus on childrenswear or licensed products.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of character design and branding, with experience working with licensed properties.
• A creative and dynamic portfolio that demonstrates your design abilities, especially in the children's fashion space.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a cross-functional team.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
