Apply now and let's create video magic together.Primary Responsibilities:Coordinate project activities in project management tool Adobe Workfront, ensuring all tasks are assigned and executed within the given timeframesMonitor project progress in Workfront, identifying potential risks and issues, and implementing appropriate mitigation strategiesFacilitate effective communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycleAssist Intake Manager and Production Manager on allocating and managing resources, including videographers, editors, graphic designers, other team members, and external resources to ensure the successful execution of projectsMonitor resource availability and workload to ensure efficient utilizationCollaborate with team members to optimize resource allocation and resolve any conflicts or bottlenecksAccountable to ensure project management best practices are usedCollaborate with clients and team members to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables on special eventsCoordinate with external vendor when necessaryPerform other duties as required
You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role in a creative or marketing agency or equivalent work experienceExcellent project management skills, including the ability to create and manage project plans, budgets, and timelinesGreat communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholdersProficiency in project management tool Adobe WorkfrontProficiency in Microsoft Office365, including PowerPointKnowledge of video production processes, including pre-production, production, and post-productionAttention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProblem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and prioritiesFlexibility to travel > 10% as needed
Preferred Qualifications:Ability to implement feedback from clients and stakeholders to enhance the quality and effectiveness of video projectsCollaborate with team members to address any identified issues or areas for improvementUnderstand the total competencies of each team member to build an effective and dynamic teamBasic knowledge of Adobe InDesign
