What you will be doing: Provides general marketing coordination, project oversight and administrative support to the marketing department and overall company. Oversees daily activity of company’s customer review platform and coordinates details of multiple consumer marketing initiatives. This position will also be a key support for all arms of the marketing department (traditional media, digital and events/field marketing).
- Coordinates and/or assists with planning, writing, developing and implementation of marketing materials, plans and programs for both traditional and digital marketing functions.
- Learn/master understanding of internal database to determine better utilization of information to support marketing opportunities, customer trends and research consumer information.
- Assist in development and maintain customer communication tools utilized by field staff in all locations (i.e.: company brochures, coupon fliers)
- Manages daily functions of customer review program and responses as assigned/needed by researching/responding to potential negative reviews and ensuring assigned staff has successful and timely completion of responding to all positive reviews.
- Coordinates and/or assists field marketing activities, open houses and home shows by overseeing event contracts, schedules, event/booth set-up/tear down (select locations), lead inquiry submissions, tracking/evaluating event results, working at events and more.
- Manages inventory of needed home show supplies, signage and booth materials
- Research and coordinate local community marketing opportunities (i.e.: local signage, local sponsorships)
- Completes/distributes monthly Competitive Analysis
- Monitors budgets on assigned products/services; prepares reports as needed.
- Performs general administrative duties as needed/assigned.
- Maintains and orders supplies for the marketing department as needed.
- Communicates clearly and directly with others including management, co-workers, customers, vendors, and prospects.
- Assist in identifying & researching ideas and venues for lead generation opportunities and increasing revenue.
- Assists/coordinates with appropriate teams (internal & external) in managing marketing/event supplies and inventory.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Assists with planning, developing and implementation of marketing plans and programs.
- Assists/coordinates quality apparel programs for all of Aquarius.
- Organizes, reviews and processes marketing invoices.
- Ad coordination, submission, and proofing (direct mail, publications, radio, etc.)
- Assists with broadcast (i.e., radio & TV) planning, commercial trafficking, and endorser management.
- Market and consumer research, including use of company CRM and report development.
- Competitive Analysis
- Monitors budgets on assigned products/services; prepares reports as needed.
- Performs general administrative duties including but not limited to correspondence, filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing.
- Maintains and orders supplies for the marketing department as needed.
- Assists and/or coordinates field marketing activities/home shows by overseeing event contracts, schedules, staffing, booth set-up/tear down, lead inquiry submissions, tracking/evaluating event results, working at events and more.
- Assists with customer review program and responses as assigned/needed.
- Communicates clearly and directly with others including management, co-workers, customers, vendors, and prospects.

What you have to offer:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent, two years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, and social media platforms a plus.
- Familiarity with website platforms (i.e., WordPress), A.I. (ChatGPT) and the ability to quickly learn new computer programs (i.e., Service Titan) is a plus.
- Versatility, flexibility, and an ability to work creatively within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
