Marketing Coordinator needed in our Downtown Fort Lauderdale office! The Marketing Coordinator supports creative marketing services for attorney and client initiatives including providing marketing, business development, and practice-specific support to the firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a proactive client service orientation.
Your Marketing Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities:

Create and execute design concepts within firm brand guidelines, including invitations, communications, internal campaigns and moreDraft and format marketing materials such as electronic client alerts and newslettersWork with attorneys to create relevant blogs, proofread, and post on WordPress back-endCreate and edit practice group content and attorney biographies for firm website, pitches and promotional materialsAssist with the coordination and drafting of submissions for national rankings and award nominationsAssist with the preparation of pitches, proposals, presentations, and other marketing materialsPrepare and develop internal communicationsWork closely with social media team for content and designAssist with the marketing of programs, webinars, client networking events and conferences, and internal eventsProofread and provide quality control for various internal and client-facing marketing communication piecesWe have great benefits, most of which are effective on your first day:
