Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Community Manager located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The Assistant Community Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to property management, resident relations, leasing activities, and administrative duties to support the Community Manager.
Qualifications
- Experience in property management, leasing, and resident relations
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations
- Proficiency in property management software
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience with affordable housing programs is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
