7+ years Agency experience in managing new brands in the Better For You (BFY) category or experience managing emerging brands is a plus The ability to develop insights and use data to support strategic thinking Blurs the line between planning and digital investment to ensure strategy is cohesive to digital execution Experience challenging a team to solve client’s challenges in unique ways; inspires others to try new approaches and serves as a role model to the team Experience leveraging data for reporting and used to define strategies, to defend strategies, and to uncover new opportunities Deep experience working in and leading integrated team Experience with innovative or custom program development Ability to make operational and investment recommendations and decisions Must love close relationships with clients and be able to identify and run towards the future and not simply deliver “the ask” High level of competency in Account Management and client service Cross Channel Media Planning experience with strong understanding of video, audio and sponsorship planning A thorough understanding of marketing communication channels (including video, audio, digital and social) Manage workflow, deadlines, and interactions with strategy team, creative partners, clients, and other external teams Own consumer insights and inspire tactical representations of strong, clear media strategies
