We are currently seeking a
Content Marketing Manager
based in our Alexandria, Virginia HQ. Reporting to the Senior Director of Communications, the primary objective of this position is to create and leverage content to market and increase awareness of RBA tools, programs and services. Sophisticated content-creation skills, experience in social media marketing, an eye for high-impact graphic design, and attention to detail are crucial. This is a growing organization serving global members and we are looking for a proactive, self-motivated team player.Scope of Responsibilities:Content Creation: Produce social media posts, graphics, infographics, digital brochures, PowerPoint presentations, email newsletters, blogs, podcasts, videos, etc.Campaign Management: Manage multichannel marketing efforts leveraging digital content assets, ensuring they align with brand messaging and goals and timing for optimization.Increase the use of RBA tools, programs and services by expanding the channels and cadence of marketing efforts to current and prospective members.Create a content calendar that integrates outlets: presentations, social media platforms, and campaigns.Promote trainings, meetings, conferences, and other events via marketing efforts on a weekly basisInternal Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.Generate new ideas for marketing campaigns and content initiatives that align with business goals.Analyze content marketing analytics to track growth and engagement and adjust strategies accordingly.Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in digital media, design tools and applications.Approx. 5-10% Travel: attendance at the RBA Annual Conference and possibly other events.Other duties as assigned.Experience Required:Three-five years of content creation experience across multiple mediums, including writing for and publishing on social media, developing infographics, and creating digital brochures, email campaigns, PowerPoint presentations, blogs, videos, podcasts, etc.Proven experience in digital marketing, with 3-5 years in a marketing campaign management roleProficiency in graphic design and video editing tools to create engaging visual content.Proficiency in modern marketing strategies and principlesExperience managing integrated marketing effortsProactive, self-motivated team playerStrong organizational skills and attention to detail with high standards for work productsAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.Strong writing and editing skills to craft compelling posts.Proficiency in using analytics tools to track performance, analyze data, generate insights to refine strategies, and report results.Ability to quickly gain understanding of industry and mission in order to target audience demographics, preferences, and behaviors, and to segment audiences for tailored content.Exceptional PowerPoint skillsBachelor's degree in marketing or a related field from an accredited college or universityExperience Desired:Experience with the full Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and AuditionExpertise with Hootsuite, Sprout Social or similar platforms for social media managementExperience with MailChimp, Constant Contact or similar platforms for email campaignsExperience in video production, ideally with 3-5 years of experienceIndustry or association experience would be a plusRBA Benefits, Paid Time Off and Workplace Flexibility:100% Company Paid Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision). 75% Company Paid coverage for all dependentsAnnual Company 401K Safe Harbor ContributionFree on-site parking or 100% transit subsidy up to federal maximum100% Company Paid Premiums for Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, and A.D.D InsuranceVacation starting at 15 Days Annually, 10 Fixed Holidays, 3 Floating Holidays, Closed between Christmas and New Years, plus sick time and bereavement leaveFlexible Office Hours: Monday - Thursday, Optional Work from Home Friday Mornings, Half Day Friday's Year RoundSummer Schedule FlexibilityOther Pertinent Information:Immediate OpeningSalary commensurate with experience (Exempt Position)The RBA's headquarters is located in Alexandria, Virginia, just outside of Washington, D.C.Metro/Bus accessible - 1 block from King Street MetroPreliminary interviews will be video-based and final interview will be in person.
