As the Head of Marketing Analytics, you will transform data into actionable insights that drive our business success. We need a strategic thinker with expertise in data analytics, advanced modeling, and business intelligence to lead our high-performing teams and collaborate across the organization. Provide insights on customer segmentation, lifetime value, and behavior to shape effective marketing strategies. Identify trends and opportunities within data to drive strategic decision-making for growth and retention. Define and execute an analytics roadmap aligned with our marketing and business goals. Develop predictive models to forecast customer behavior, campaign outcomes, and market trends. Utilize AI and machine learning to uncover deeper insights and improve predictive accuracy. Analyze data to recommend optimal budget allocations across various channels and campaigns. Implement advanced analytics to enhance donor retention and optimize plasma collection strategies. Create donor-centric analytical frameworks to improve donor satisfaction and engagement. Conduct scenario analyses to evaluate various marketing strategies and recommend best actions. Analyze competitor performance and market positioning to ensure our strategic advantage. Collaborate closely with marketing teams to design data-driven campaigns that enhance donor outreach. Promote a culture of analytics across all levels of the organization. Create tailored reports and presentations that translate complex data into actionable insights. Build and maintain dashboards for real-time insights into key performance metrics. Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and industry regulations to build trust among donors. Focus on developing knowledge and skills for growth. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus. Fluency in Spanish is a plus. 8-10 years of experience in data analytics and at least 3-5 years in a leadership position. Strong expertise in PowerBi, Google Analytics, and other data analysis tools. Experience in creating predictive models for business decisions, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. Familiarity with customer loyalty or retention program analytics is a plus. Expertise in SQL, Python, R, or additional analytics tools is also a plus.
