Overview
E-Commerce Marketing Manager will be responsible for ecommerce strategy development and execution to maintain brand integrity while profitability increasing sales with Amazon and other E-Commerce dealers. E-Commerce Marketing Manager will act as a champion in carrying out and communicating management and E-comm strategies and goals throughout the business.

Maintain Brand Integrity ** : Manage Diablo / Freud Tools brand integrity online leveraging an Authorized Online Retailer and Unilateral Pricing Policy programs.

Manage Amazon.com ** : Work close with Amazon buyer and support staff to profitably grow sales with Amazon in brand building manor. Lead and collaborate with any partners who focuses on Amazon / online content for Freud / Diablo Tools.

Lead Charge with Key Online Dealers ** : Partner with marketing team, sales team, and dealers, to elevate Freud / Diablo Tools brand and online sales. Educate and enhance sales team approach with online dealers.

Lead Ongoing E-Commerce Growth **
:
Proactively seek opportunities to improve marketplace strategies and tactics, enhance dealer sell through, users shopping experience, and maximizes ROI with E-Comm Dealers. Examine online merchandising strategies of key competitors, and best-in-class online retailers, to understand emerging trends and promotional opportunities. act as a champion in carrying out and communicating management and E-comm strategies and goals throughout the business. Report to senior executives on business performance and strategic initiative execution.
Qualifications:Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field required or have 8 years of commensurate experience.
Experience in E-Commerce for a leading consumer product company; successful prior experience with Amazon, and/ or working directly in omnichannel with large retailers.
Deliver high level strategic & analytical thinking, strategic selling, communication, negotiation, team & relationship building skills.
Consistent ability to multi-task and hit all deadlines and thrive in a team environment.
Positive attitude with ability to motivate others and resolve issues in a calm, cool, and connected manor.
Excellent organizational ability to manage, measure, and achieve program initiatives.
High level communication skills, both verbal, and written professionally.
