Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a motivated and detailed orientated Associate UX Researcher for a top market research client. This person will be providing support to mid and senior level researchers with documenting insights, qualitative coding, video clipping, and study analysis. This person will be supporting benchmarking and programmatic research efforts, measuring participant answers and feedback. Additionally, this person will be client facing and must have strong communication skills. At times, this person might moderate their own study and conduct the analysis. Due to the nature of the research, this person must be comfortable with web page components and UI jargon.

This person will provide support to mid and senior-level researchers by documenting insights, qualitative coding, video clipping, and conducting study analysis. They will also support benchmarking and programmatic research efforts, measuring participant answers and feedback. Additionally, this role involves client-facing responsibilities, requiring strong communication skills. At times, the Associate UX Researcher may moderate their own studies and conduct the analysis. Due to the nature of the research, familiarity with web page components and UI jargon is essential.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree

• 2+ years of experience as UX Researcher

• Experience with documentation, qualitative coding, and video clipping

• Strong communication skills

• Strong understanding of web page components null
