Responsibilities:
Audio/Visual:
Create, revise, and publish video messages and audio messages (e.g., voicemails, podcasts) from senior leadership to the workforce.
Use various tools and technologies to support the technical coordination of live and recorded town hall video/audio meetings.
Work independently with staff (including senior leadership) to record/edit videos onsite at studio.
Prepare all deliverables for review by personnel.
Ensure all communications are reviewed and approved prior to distribution.
Graphic Design:
Develop, update, and maintain webpages using SharePoint online and content management systems (CMS) interfaces and tools.
Provide graphics and visual design support; prepare, design, and deliver graphics, presentations, one-pagers, and other visual materials for senior leadership review, approval, and discussion.
Work independently to prepare all deliverables for review by personnel.
Ensure all communications are reviewed and approved prior to distribution.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years supporting video/audio experience.
Minimum of 3 years supporting graphic design experience.
Minimum of 3 years supporting high-level executives.
Advanced level competency in Adobe Premiere and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Advanced level competency utilizing video recording technology (Camera, tripod, various camera lenses, multiple microphones, lighting, and sound mixer).
Good presentation and communication skills, both orally and written, with excellent writing and editing abilities.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive.
Extremely organized with strong time-management skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with leadership and various staff members.
Experience implementing Section 508 compliance (e.g., tagging, captions) for accessibility.
