JOB TITLE: Studio/Control Room Production Associate
DATE: March 2025
REPORTS TO: Senior Manager, Production Operations
EXEMPT STATUS: Non-Exempt

SUMMARY: Reporting to the Senior Manager, Content Operations, the Studio/Control Room Production Associate will support the Productions Operations team and Vikings Entertainment Network (VEN) on press conference coverage, remote shoots, studio set up, live and post productions, and file distribution. In addition the Associate may take an active role in specific duties at times over the course of the year including but not limited to lighting set up, camera positions, engineering, technical directing, replay operation, graphics, audio mixing, etc. The Associate would interact with all production personnel within VEN as well as represent our org with external production teams.
These are temporary full-time positions that will begin on June 2, 2025 and conclude on May 22, 2026, unless otherwise determined.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with studio productions – live and post production
- Support press conferences and other streaming productions
- Support VEN / TV partner (Fox 9) broadcasts
- Facilitate TCO Stadium videoboard requests
- Coordinate file distribution internally and externally
- Coordinate and fulfill building and studio access requirements on event dates
- Prep and maintain TCO Studios in support of brand standards for various productions.
- Help facilitate projects/events in control room and studio
- Support Game Production team as requested on production
- Logging of footage in adherence with Media Asset Management process.
- Assist with tracking of and maintenance of production equipment
- Film/Edit practices, games, open locker room, interviews, community events, all- access, and other noteworthy content opportunities as assigned.
- Contribute to new content development including ideation and research to help reach organizational goals.
- Coordinate, support, and produce technical production aspects of various Vikings events
- Other job duties as assigned
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of studio cameras
- Adobe Cloud
- Video router and switcher basics
- Signal workflow
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently on tasks after direction and process overview
- Motivated / self-starter
- Experience w Ross Systems and/or Daktronics a plus
