Position: Studio Manager
BODY20 is currently seeking a top-tier Studio Manager for our fast-growing Carlsbad studio. As an integral part of the leadership team, the Studio Manager will directly oversee the daily business operations, sales, profitability, and staff development while delivering superior customer service.

- Rewarding Compensation Package: Base salary between $65,000-$75,000 annually, and up to an additional $18,000 in earnings based on meeting monthly performance goals

Responsibilities
- The Studio Manager works directly with the Studio Owner in support of sales, operations, and profitability
- Achieve monthly key performance indicators including generating at least 133 leads, scheduling 40 studio visits, and enrolling 20 new members
- Provide leadership through assisting with the ongoing development, training and support of the Carlsbad team
- Ensure necessary staffing levels to satisfy studio demand while remaining within the studio budget
- Host weekly staff meetings as well as 1-on-1 monthly meetings with each Sales Associate and Coach
- Plan and promote special events for the studio monthly
- Responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, maintained and operationally sound
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of Fitness Management experience with proven results
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience with proven results
- 2+ years of Sales experience in boutique fitness or related industry
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Minimum experience operating $600,000 or higher annual revenue
