We are looking for a full-time, in-person Digital Content Publishing Team Lead located in Hurricane, Utah.
The Digital Content Publishing Team Lead will be responsible for creating well-organized and high-quality content published across relevant digital platforms that raise awareness and demand for Balance of Nature products.
What you will do:
- Negotiate and manage vendors, sponsors, and public relationships
- Write relevant posts that are consistent with marketing objectives
- Coordinate with the creative team for graphics, videos, or other creative content for posting use
- Publish content to various platforms depending on approval and strategy
- Remain up-to-date with content on digital platforms
- Meet with other divisions to understand the wants and needs of the whole company
- Coordinate with other departments for content approval
What we prefer you to bring:
- At least 1–2 years of experience within a marketing field
What you must bring:
- Can comfortably navigate digital platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in grammar and sentence structure
- Fluency in each platform’s language and form of writing
- Aware of recurring and current events
- Understanding of organic vs. paid content
- Knowledge in all aspects of social media
Pay: $40,000 per year
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
