Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
• Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). • Create and curate engaging content, including posts, graphics, videos, and stories. • Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with followers. • Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
• Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote listings, open houses, and company events. • Collaborate with real estate agents to create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and email newsletters. • Manage and optimize online advertising efforts (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to generate leads and increase brand awareness. • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Content Creation & Management:
• Write and edit content for the company website, blog, and other digital platforms. • Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all marketing materials. • Coordinate with photographers and graphic designers to produce high-quality visuals.
Real Estate Practice:
• Maintain an active real estate license and engage in real estate transactions as needed. • Leverage real estate knowledge to enhance marketing strategies and provide valuable insights.
Reporting & Analytics:
• Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and social media efforts. • Provide regular updates and recommendations to improve marketing performance. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field. • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, and content creation. • Active real estate license in Minnesota and/or Wisconsin, or the willingness to obtain one. • Strong understanding of real estate industry trends and practices. • Proficiency in social media platforms, marketing tools, and analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
