Job Description
Seeking a skilled Interior Designer to lead the production of deliverable documents through various design and construction phases, focusing primarily on Senior Living projects. The role involves FF&E selection, client and project management on a daily basis, and quality control evaluations. Additionally, you will provide leadership in developing design drawings, technical documentation, and oversee the construction administration phase. Opportunities are also available for production level candidates with over 3 years of experience to assist in design and drawing set creation.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 9 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in BALTIMORE, Maryland and some days remote.
Work Environment
The position is based in a Class A office space located on the 18th floor of a tower, offering a panoramic view of the city. The work environment consists of 5 studios with 75 employees in Baltimore, including a 7-person interiors team led by Lauren Reiser. The work scope spans from Chicago to Connecticut, DMV, and more, covering various project types such as corporate HQs, restaurant chains, hospitality, and multi-family. The role involves more project management than production, with a split of 25-50% production and 50-75% project management.
