Job Description
We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team as an insurance producer, working inside an insurance agency both selling and providing customer service. In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping clients protect their properties and loved ones with our diverse insurance offerings. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing outstanding service. Responsibilities

Requirements
- Insurance experience is preferred, but not required.
- Property and Casualty Licenses are required at time of employment.
- Life, Accident & Health Licenses are preferred, but not required.
- Candidates should have experience in sales or client-facing roles.
- Candidates must demonstrate trustworthiness, reliability, and strong ethics.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills are necessary.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills are crucial.
- Motivation and determination are vital qualities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
