Job Title: Insurance Producer
Location: Chicago, IL

Job Summary:
The Insurance Producer will be responsible for generating new business by prospecting, developing, and maintaining client relationships. This role involves advising clients on a variety of insurance products, including life, health, auto, home, and commercial insurance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of insurance products, and the ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Meet with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide customized solutions.
- Present and sell various types of insurance policies based on client needs and preferences.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ongoing support.
- Assist clients with claims, policy changes, and other service needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay current on all company procedures, products, and services to offer the best advice and guidance to clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, in the insurance industry.
- Active insurance license in Illinois (or the ability to obtain one).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to succeed.
- Knowledge of various types of insurance products and coverage options.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other software tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cross-selling and upselling insurance products.
- Bilingual (Spanish, etc.) is a plus.
