Senior Delivery and Client Relationship Lead at Blu Omega
Blu Omega is seeking a Digital Content Analyst to work as part of a dynamic team that blends cutting edge technical capabilities with user-focused content strategy to deliver top-level digital solutions for our federal clients. The Digital Content Analyst is responsible for supporting content projects from start to finish, leading discussions with stakeholders, making good trade-off decisions, and solving problems with autonomy.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
Basic Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience with content management systems, or HS diploma or GED and 5+ years of experience with content management systems.
- Ability to validate page objectives and audience, ensuring content readiness, handling asset permissions and version control, cross-linking across similar content, building pages following documented guidelines, and managing stakeholder reviews.
- Experience in maintaining editorial governance by ensuring content is up-to-date, reviewed by designated content owners, and follows established templates, design patterns, authoring guidelines, and standards on content structure and metadata provisioning.
- Ability to analyze existing content to ensure it follows best practices for writing for the web including clarity, brevity, redundancies, and timeliness.
- Experience in providing accurate estimates of content development and updates timelines to feed into content publishing calendar.
- Experience working side-by-side with product owners and product managers to discuss and implement changes to strategy, and to identify new business opportunities.
- Ability to review feedback mechanisms and content effectiveness metrics to fine tune content design.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with content strategy, content operations, design thinking, or user-centered design strategy.
- Knowledge of the importance of 508 compliance in the design and content management processes.
- Ability to leverage strong written and spoken communication skills to elevate the impact of our teams to our clients, and our work to their business.
