What You'll Do: Develop, design, and post engaging content (photos, reels, stories) that showcases Botticelli’s premium products, culinary inspiration, and brand story. Style and shoot food-focused content that’s both beautiful and delicious. Own day-to-day social media management (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Meta) with a sharp eye on trends and analytics. Visit grocery stores and field events to create real-time, consumer-facing content in the aisle and at demo activations. Partner with influencers, retail partners, and our internal team to amplify campaign moments. Monitor community engagement and respond to consumer feedback with Botticelli’s tone of voice. Building a Strategy and Executing Email/SMS Marketing. What We're Looking For: A strong visual eye and passion for food aesthetics and storytelling. Experience in food styling, photography, and short-form video content. Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and digital storytelling best practices. Comfortable engaging with consumers and store personnel in the field to create authentic, high-impact content. Flexible, fast-moving, and highly collaborative – we’re a passionate, entrepreneurial team. Fluency in short-form video trends and social media strategy. Confidence with basic photo/video editing tools. A self-starter mindset—you know how to find the story and make it pop. You’ll Thrive If You: Create drool-worthy content that stops the scroll (think: reels, TikToks, behind-the-scenes kitchen vibes). Know how to style a charcuterie board or pasta plate like it belongs in a cookbook. Aren’t afraid to hit the field—visiting stores, demos, and local events to create authentic, engaging in-the-moment content. Love the fast-paced world of food, flavors, and digital media.
