General Job Description:
The Broadcast Scheduling & Compliance Coordinator position is responsible for preparing, organizing, and ensuring the accuracy of clerical reports related to all Weigel Owned & Operated (O&O) stations nationwide, including entering or updating scheduling data in various program management systems, composing quarterly and annual compliance reports, and communicating all schedule changes to internal and external contacts in a timely manner. The Broadcast Scheduling & Compliance Coordinator’s main responsibilities are to ensure that the organization’s local programming information is accurate, up-to-date, and organized. The position requires regular communication with multiple departments within the organization along with outside parties. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and experience with administrative tasks and data entry. This role has a hybrid work schedule.
Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent computer, spreadsheet, and database experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization.
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office 365, Windows 11, and MAC OS necessary.
- Experience with program management systems preferred.
Requirements/ Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and related experience preferred.
- Strong experience in document management, compliance reporting, or record-keeping in a highly regulated environment preferred.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $55,000.00-65,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
