Position Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity to establish your career in creative copywriting and internal marketing communications as part of a dynamic creative agency. You’ll help conceive and develop compelling creative ideas, storylines, live experiences and communications for some of the world’s biggest brands, engaging their most important audiences.
See your creative ideas take flight across many different mediums and disciplines—from live events and experiences to video and digital media, engaging internal communications and culture-building campaigns. You’ll also have the opportunity to travel onsite and see your creative ideas come to life as part of the memorable moments we flawlessly execute for our clients.
You will work closely with our VP of Creative Development to maximize a variety of opportunities for personal growth!
Role Responsibilities
- Contribute to the creative development and execution of client projects and new business proposals.
- Develop creative solutions, make recommendations, participate in brainstorms and pitch new ideas to internal teams and clients.
- Assist in writing creative treatments, communication deliverables, persuasive documents and proposals.
- Work in a fast-paced creative environment, with the ability to think quickly, shift gears and juggle multiple projects at once.
- Collaborate closely with creative directors and support the project team to ensure timely and accurate project completion while maintaining service and product quality.
- Develop an understanding of client organizations and industry topics.
- Be a team player who possesses the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while remaining calm under pressure.
- Use a collaborative approach to projects and develop strong relationships with team members.
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- A four-year bachelor's degree with a focus on communication, journalism, advertising, PR and/or marketing.
- A demonstrated passion for writing and storytelling in its many styles and forms.
- Superb communication skills and a collaborative, “can-do” approach to working.
- Strong organizational skills as a self-motivated, process-oriented individual with excellent time management.
- An eye for design solutions and effective visual communication; exposure to brand design, positioning and development is a strong benefit.
- A curiosity for new trends, technologies and platforms and how they impact the way we live, communicate and work.
- Ability to work in-office 3-4 days per week, ensuring strong team connections, real-time collaboration and and mentorship opportunities.

Compensation
- Ranging from $60,000 - $85,000 depending on individual experience
