CCL Label is the leading global supplier of decorative, informational and promotional labels as well as plastic tube packaging to the world's largest consumer and healthcare companies.
The CCL Label facility in Lumberton, New Jersey is looking for a Graphics Operator to join our team. This is a day shift position. Work hours are Monday to Friday from 7am to 3pm).
In this position, you will handle and process our customers finalized artwork for production. You will expertly manage the specific needs of your customers, the suppliers, and your teammates, as you keep your time commitments, and deliver artwork properly to the production team.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Strong communication skills needed to establish relationships with coworkers and customers.
- Develop strong, collaborative relationships with internal team members.
- Ensure accurate execution of all production files.
- Support production team and schedule.
- Self-organizer who can manage multiple projects with high level strategic thinking and execution.
- Pro-actively identify process improvements with options for resolutions.
- Exhibit sound decision making skills and can prioritize work appropriately.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal staff and outside partners/vendors.
- Must be proficient in Adobe software, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience with Esko software, ArtPro, is a plus
- Experience with Digital printing, Flexography printing, Offset printing etc. is a plus
- Education:
- BA/BFA in art, graphic design and/or illustration or equivalent experience
