We are a leading online trading platform, is looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive user acquisition, and foster community engagement. Fluency in French or Portuguese is a significant plus, as it will enable the successful candidate to effectively engage with a wider range of influencers and audiences.
Responsibilities:
Identify and build relationships with key influencers and content creators across multiple platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok, with a focus on those relevant to the fintech and trading sectors.Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with our brand's goals and values.Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with influencers and agencies.Monitor and measure the performance of influencer campaigns using analytics tools, and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and learnings.Collaborate with other marketing teams (social media, content, PR) to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing messages.Stay updated with trends in influencer marketing, social media, fintech, and online trading to identify new opportunities.Manage influencer event planning and execution, including webinars, live streams, and other promotional activities.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or a related field. Experience in the fintech or online trading industry is preferred.Demonstrated ability to develop, execute, and measure successful influencer marketing campaigns.Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. Fluency in French or Portuguese is highly desirable.Proficient in using social media analytics and influencer marketing platforms.Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
