Position HighlightsSupervised by the Assistant Director, the Marketing Coordinator executes marketing plans to help achieve the recruitment goals of the University of Arizona. The Marketing Coordinator works with the Enrollment Marketing & Communication (EMC) team to create print and digital marketing deliverables that are visually and editorially consistent with one another and the university brand. The Marketing Coordinator collaborates with the Assistant Director and other marketing staff to manage projects from concept inception to completion.

click here .Duties & ResponsibilitiesPlans, develops, and implements annual strategic marketing plans for units as assigned
Manages the creation of online and print ads, collateral, direct mail/email, web, and video tactics to support admissions marketing goals, which includes: determining appropriate content, creative direction, personnel and timeline for each request; coordinating execution of the project with in-house or outsourced teams as appropriate; communicating frequently about project status to both the EMC and campus partner teams; and ensuring that projects are produced on time and within budget
Ensures that all marketing materials are aligned with the University of Arizona brand (and established family brands, where appropriate) in message, tone, and visuals
Utilizes project management system to manage and execute projects; tracks and reports project milestones and provides status reports to supervisors and campus partners
Measures and reports performance of marketing campaigns, gains insight and assesses against goals
Conducts marketing research to support and inform marketing and communications strategy

Bachelor's degree in creative writing, communications, journalism, marketing or related field OR
Any equivalent combination of experience, training and/or education approved by Human ResourcesThree years of relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
