The Role
Support execution of various marketing campaigns activities, including creative development.
Job Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support the business objective and opportunities to develop and align the marketing tactics.
- Maintaining effective internal communications in the marketing department to discuss and align the marketing strategy to the changing organizational scenarios.
- Leads the initiation and project management of dealer joint co-op marketing campaigns globally (16 planned for the year, 7 currently in the works).
- Ensures brand guidelines are adhered to across the company, executing updates to the brand guidelines and resources as needed.

Additional information:
- Relocation to Houston, TX is not available for this role.
- Up to 25% travel.

This position is currently a hybrid in-office work model, requiring a minimum 3 day weekly office presence onsite at our Houston, TX office and remote the remaining days. However, work arrangements may be adjusted at any time based on business needs.

Summary Pay Range:
$87,480.00 - $131,280.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
