Title: Senior Growth Marketer
Location: Remote, US
Duration & Type: Full-Time/Direct Hire
Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: $85,000 - $100,000/year. Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match.
Chamberlain Advisors is seeking an experienced and technically savvy Senior Growth Marketer with B2C experience to spearhead lead generation efforts through a multi-channel approach. This role requires a blend of creative and technical skills to optimize marketing performance and drive significant business growth. Candidates should demonstrate hands-on marketing management and significant experience working with annual budgets of $2 million or more.
As a Senior Growth Marketer, you will be responsible for not only optimizing existing lead generation strategies but also implementing new and innovative strategies to capture a very niche audience and drive e-commerce growth. A successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar advertising budgets, optimizing campaigns for ROI, and working effectively with cross-functional teams.
What You Will Be Accountable For:
- Campaign Development and Management
- Develop, manage, and optimize growth marketing strategies including, but not limited to SEM, SEO, email, paid social, partnerships, remarketing/retargeting, and affiliate marketing that drive high-quality traffic, enhance visibility, and generate qualified leads.
- Optimize existing lead generation strategies with a focus on improving performance in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and third-party lead generation relationships.
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase online sales.
- Manage multiple marketing campaigns and projects simultaneously (3-7 campaigns concurrently).
- Create compelling ad copy and visuals for campaigns.
- Digital Marketing, Optimization, and Analytics
- Build, launch, and monitor all lead gen landing page creation and optimization, ensuring these are optimized for paid media conversion and SEO. This includes the ability to build landing pages using drag-and-drop tools.
- Design and run A/B experiments on landing pages to validate hypotheses, improve conversion rates, and maximize net revenue retention.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns in real-time, using data-driven insights to maximize ROAS, reduce CPA, and drive conversion rates.
- Rigorously measure and report on KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROI) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis in support of growth goals.
- Utilize data from Hubspot, Google Analytics, and Google Ads, analyzed within our BI tool (Domo) to inform campaign decisions and optimize performance.
- Vendor and Budget Management
- Lead day-to-day project management and negotiations with media agencies and external vendors, ensuring teams have the guidance, data, assets, and approvals needed to effectively build, test, and optimize campaigns. This includes renegotiating contracts with vendors to optimize costs and maximize ROI.
- Effectively manage a marketing budget of $2-$5 million or more annually, ensuring a strong ROI on marketing spending while identifying new opportunities for scale. This includes experience managing budgets for Google Ads Microsoft Ads, and other digital marketing channels and other platforms.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to align messaging and drive cohesive marketing strategies that support overall business objectives.
- Marketing Expertise and Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and optimizing B2C lead generation and e-commerce tactics through SEM (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, remarketing platforms), SEO, Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), Email, Programmatic Display, Streaming Audio etc.
- Demonstrated success in executing and optimizing B2C lead generation, e-commerce, and branding campaigns with an annual marketing budget of $2 million or more.
- Proven track record of success in a performance-driven marketing environment, with a focus on achieving a minimum 2x ROI on marketing spend.
- Experience in service-based industries or marketing products targeted at expecting parents is highly desirable.
- Experience with subscription-based business models is a plus.
- Technical and Digital Skills
- Experience building landing pages using Craft, Hubspot, WordPress, or similar drag-and-drop tools.
- Proficiency in Hubspot, Salesforce or similar CRM experience.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets, derive insights, and communicate findings clearly to inform decisions.
- Experience integrating AI-powered automations and strategies to improve efficiencies and results.
- Experience with Canva for creating marketing assets.
- Strong understanding of design principles, including typography.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple marketing tactics and projects simultaneously.
