Role/ Department:
Graphics Designer/Talent Management
The Key Responsibilities Of The Role Include:Conceptualize and create engaging designs and presentations for executive level audience.Translate concepts and ideas into compelling visual designs that effectively communicate information to the intended audience.Work with cross-functional teams to incorporate feedback and iterate on designs.Prioritize and manage multiple projects.Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.Design and produce graphic materials, such as charts, presentations, brochures, ads, cartoons, etc., utilizing computer graphics software or traditional production and design methods as appropriate.Advise team on the most effective use of graphic communications.
Skills/ Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field.3-5 years of proven experience in graphic design in a corporate environment.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently or as part of a team.Strong analytical skills.Excellent eye for detail and visual composition.Highly proficient in PowerPoint and other graphic design software.
