Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Marketing Director to lead and oversee the implementation of annual marketing programs
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events (both inside and outside of the restaurant), this includes, but is not limited to:
Restaurant events
Local vendor events
Deliveries
Managing concession stands
Off-site sales from a Catering Service Trailer
- Manage digital and social media marketing
- Create flyers or other promotional advertisements
- Ensuring food safety procedures and regulations are followed at all times
- Representing Chick-fil-A at community events
- Creating an inviting atmosphere within the restaurant
- Collaborating with restaurant staff to improve guest experience
- Collaborating and meeting with the leadership team
Requirements:
- Over the age of 18
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Money handling experience
- Customer service experience
- Clean driving record
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
