The Patient Digital Product Team creates, deploys and supports all patient-facing digital solutions for DaVita. Products drive patient interaction with their healthcare experience through telehealth, education, personal health information and more with native and web-based applications. This cross-discipline team combines product marketing, adult learning, data analytics and change management to offer our patients and teammates:Training and support that removes barriers to adoption and usageMarketing and communications on the value of the product or featureFeedback mechanisms to analyze why field teammates and patients (target audiences) adopt or reject the product or feature; providing this feedback to the product development teamsPosition Requirements
Applicants should have 2+ years of experience or equivalent education in product marketing, instructional design or a related field involving content creation using the Adobe Suite; an ability to create promotional and training materials using the Adobe Suite; competency in the MS Office Suite; and an ability to coordinate key objectives for our product marketing campaigns. Willingness to independently explore and learn new concepts, strong organizational skills, and an ability to efficiently complete tasks are key requirements for this role. This person joins a team passionate about reaching our teammates and patients with a personal touch and sincere concern for improving their work or healthcare experience.Key activities for the Product Marketing Analyst will include:
Collateral Creation
Assist in the creation of digital and print communications, quick reference guides, software updates and other materials to support training and promotional activitiesCreate, implement, document, and maintain a database of internal knowledge articles and teammate-facing collateralUpdate existing collateral as the product evolvesCommunications
Manage DaVita's intranet page for teammates; post new content, ensure site is up to date, manage links and suggest improvementsCreate and manage digital promotions and trainingMaster the email distribution software, Acoustic, to create email templates for various strategic campaignsRequest and coordinate the proper distribution list requests with our Data AnalystAnalyzing reach of digital promotions and training tools including emails in Acoustic, QR codes and vanity URLs, DaVita's intranet, and DaVita's internal learning page to guide retrospectives and future workDeliver pre-scripted live virtual training demos of productsCampaign Portfolio Management
Maintain the campaign portfolio management tools in Smartsheets - helping the team move campaigns forward toward successful completionCollaborate with each teammate to accomplish our shared outcomes as captured in the campaign portfolio and supporting completion as neededTeammate and Patient Support
Provide Tier II support to field teammates and patients by answering questions from email, providing product resources, submitting service tickets and other support tasks as neededAnalyze and summarize reports from the Service Desk each week to identify trends in user issues and/or product enhancement ideasTeam
Provide actionable insights to inform marketing and training strategies as necessaryCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignmentChannel and Partner strategy to enhance market reachThis is a full-time position that directly reports to the Deployment and Learning Manager with additional reporting responsibility to the Product Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will be curious, persistent, humble, collaborative, fun, and will have an interest in being an essential part of a growing go-to-market team that is changing how digital platforms are shared with, adopted by and decidedly benefit DaVita patients and teammates.Qualifications also include:
2-3 years of experience or equivalent education in marketing, product marketing, instructional design and/or other content creation fieldsStrong written, verbal and visual communication skillsEager to jump in and make an impact; contributing ideas and working as a team to find the right way to approach promotions and learningOrganized with the ability to effectively track multiple projects and prioritize competing tasksAbility to work in a remote environment and on a team that fosters collaborative autonomy - supporting each other while fostering individual contribution and growthExperience with or a desire to become proficient in Smartsheets as our campaign portfolio management toolProficiency/knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop and Illustrator)Strong desire for continuous learningWell-versed in Microsoft Office productsExperience in the healthcare sector helpful, not requiredTravel:

$70,000 - $80,000Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
