As an Engineer, you'll be taking a leadership role in defining and delivering the future of sharing on Amazon.You'll collaborate closely with UX designers and product managers to optimize the sharing journey and eliminate any friction. You'll also explore new opportunities to leverage valuable sharing data for social proofing and improved recommendations.

A day in the lifeOn a day-to-day basis, you'll evaluate new sharing opportunities and define technical solutions. You'll also manage project deliverables, mentor more junior engineers, contribute to architectural decisions, and build and operate high-traffic systems.

Seattle, WA, USA- 1+ years of agile software development methodology experience- Experience with common front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JS, TypeScript, and Node

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $115,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
