We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Region Vice President of Marketing & Communications to lead our California Region's marketing and communications strategy. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a creative edge, who possesses a deep understanding of B2C healthcare marketing. The California Region VP will play a critical role in driving growth, enhancing our public image, fostering meaningful connections with our customers, and managing our regional reputation. Responsibilities : This role requires a seasoned Marketing & Communications executive with extensive experience leading geographically dispersed teams and an ability to approach healthcare marketing and communications in innovative ways. The focus is on redefining media, prioritizing the consumer, and leveraging marketing to deliver differentiated experiences and business outcomes. The leader will mentor and motivate regional teams to achieve strategic goals through effective marketing and communications strategies. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of current marketing and communication trends, and a proven track record of delivering impactful results. Experience interacting with all organizational levels, including boards and executive teams, is essential. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communications strategies, aligning with organizational goals, identifying market trends, and planning across various channels. Implement marketing strategies to increase patient volume for targeted healthcare services. Manage digital channels such as websites, social media, and email marketing to attract and engage patients. Manage internal and external communications: Develop strategies to effectively communicate with employees, patients, media, and the community. Protect and enhance the organization's reputation: Monitor online reviews, address negative sentiment, and manage crisis communications. Improve consumer experience: Develop strategies to enhance patient satisfaction across all touchpoints and increase loyalty using data analytics. Ensure brand consistency: Maintain brand identity and positioning across all channels. Lead and manage a high-performing team: Build, develop, and mentor marketing and communications professionals. Measure and analyze results: Conduct market research, track KPIs, and use data to optimize campaigns and ROI. LI-CSH LI-DH Qualifications : Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 15 years of senior marketing and/or communications experience, preferably in healthcare. Proven success in developing and executing strategic marketing and reputation management plans.
