Check out the role overview below If you are confident you have got the right skills and experience, apply today.Key Responsibilities:EPP Project Management:Own the operational aspects of the EPP project.Ensure that project deliverables are met on time and within scope.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align efforts and maintain project momentum.P&I Communications:Execute communication plans based on the pre-established strategy.Develop and distribute relevant communication materials.Track and report on the effectiveness of communications.P&I Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all P&I activities.Prepare and submit timely reports on P&I performance.P&I Operational Support:Assist in upholding the day-to-day operational rigor.Identify and address any operational challenges or inefficiencies.Required Skills/Qualifications:Proven experience in project management, especially with a focus on operations or PMO.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously.Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as project management software, communication platforms, and reporting tools.Familiarity with Taskflow and SQL.Ability to effectively communicate program goals, progress, and health to stakeholders at all levels, driving understanding and informed decisions.Capability to establish systems to identify and drive improvements in business processes, products, or services.Proficiency in organizing and managing project activities to deliver results on time, with effective monitoring and communication of progress, risks, and mitigations.Ability to discern when change is appropriate and drive organizational change smoothly and effectively.Strong planning skills, with the ability to strategize, plan, and prioritize objectives, estimate task durations, and ensure schedules and dependencies are aligned.Ability to forge and maintain effective program teams, understand their needs, and support them throughout the project lifecycle.The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45 to $50/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
