What You Will Be Doing:
A Studio Program Manager’s (SPM) objective is to align closely with the 3D team, as well as the Creative Account Program Management team. This role will apply effective program management and communication practices, help produce outstanding creative assets that are effective, efficient in production, and delivered on time.
Lead studio project planning and resourcing meetings between creative staff, and proactively communicate studio schedules, action items, and resources.
Partner with 3D manager to prioritize team’s workload, build resource plans, and balance capacity.
Understand all artists’ abilities/strengths and communicate their scope requests/concerns to the Creative APM/ADs to set them up for success.
Understand the 3D studio project workflow + requirements + task timing, incorporating takeaways and standard processes from previous projects.
Identify scope with Creative APM, any project requirements, and vendor needs upfront to ensure quality and standards are met.
Be accountable for shepherding projects from initial briefing to on-time delivery.
Align with studio staff and Creative APM to provide top-notch customer service, set expectations on daily workflow, and seek out potential studio needs for resource forecasts.
Drive vendor /external contractor set-up, accurately onboard and align with established processes, including facilitating conversations with internal onboarding team.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
8-12 years of relevant experience required

The base salary range is 124,000 USD - 247,250 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
