Responsibilities:Audit, support and recommend processes, systems, and documents to improve strategy and operational efficiencyProject execution, from request through creative development, asset production and invoicingManage a bench of graphic designers, production artists, and vendors to facilitate the development and production of various print, promotional and digital materialsWork with the Creative Services team to facilitate creative reviews and approvals, ensuring all materials produced adhere to brand /campaign guidelinesActively drive projects forward by keeping cross-functional teams on target with an eye on the horizon for potential pitfallsWork simultaneously on multiple projects/initiatives with tight deadlines and moving parts, seeing projects through from start to finishRequired Qualifications:
3+ years of project management in a marketing/creative agency or with an in-house creative team, preferably in healthcare.Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously across a variety of media (print, digital, video, social, etc)Solid background working with cross-functional teams across client service, strategy, creative and productionExperience with project management software such as Monday.com, Asana, Jira, etc.Super organized, able to manage a ton of things simultaneously and follow tight deadlinesIf you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
