In this role you will...Serve as the main point of contact for all marketing and event-related inquiries and assist with the planning and coordinating of all eventsCoordinate with our marketing agency to execute marketing initiatives and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns.Coordinate with vendors and retail stores to ensure cohesive communication and scheduling of vendor days, special events, etc.Maintain a detailed calendar of marketing activities and events and ensure deadlines are met. Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, such as operations, inventory data, photography, HR, etc. to ensure alignment and collaboration on marketing initiatives, events and company calendar.Assist in planning all events, both internal and external events, such as but not limited to staff events, special store events, external events within our local communities, etc.Monitor, analyze & manage reporting of marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, etc. through Spark Plug, Alpine, Dutchie and report results to leadership on a regular basis.Manage and respond to reviews on all platforms, such as Google, WeedMaps, website, etc.Manage marketing and event budgets and track expenses to ensure financial goals are met.Understands and stays up-to-date with industry trends and current marketing regulations to ensure compliance.Skills and experience you have
Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, communications or business and/or proven experience in marketing coordination in a related fieldStrong and effective communication skills and ability to build and maintain great relationships with both internal and external stakeholdersStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsKnowledge of cannabis marketing is a plusSocial media and graphic design skills are a plusExperience in event planning is a plusAbility to travel to various locations throughout MichiganMust be at least 21 years old and able to pass a criminal background checkBenefits:
