Responsibilities:Lead the development, execution and optimization of marketing channels targeting Korean communities to efficiently acquire and retain new customers.Create and implement high-impact campaigns that enhance brand awareness and trust among Korean customers through content, branding, and community engagement activities.Coordinate with the merchandising, marketing, and customer engagement teams to create compelling campaigns for Korean customers.Establish and manage a network of Korean influencers and key opinion leaders.Analyze campaign performance and customer data to to inform and refine strategies and improve outcomes.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with company objectives.Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in digital media, marketing, advertising, or communications.5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on Korean customer acquisition or brand marketing.Marketing expert, successful track-record on new customer acquisition strategization and implementation to achieve business goals.Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.Able to collaborate with and influence cross functional teams to achieve results.Native Korean language proficiency is required.Willingness to engage in daily operational tasks and hands-on executionFamiliar with Korean and Asian food and cosmetic productsExperience in e-commerce platforms is highly preferred.Previous experience in a Korean-oriented brand marketing is a plus.Benefits & Compensation:
