Overview
Must have strong background in user interface and user experience design, with proven experience in developing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for complex applications.
Expertise in modern design tools and frameworks, as well as a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, is highly desirable.
This role involves close collaboration with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create seamless and engaging user experiences.
The UI/UX Developer will drive the design and implementation of user interfaces that enhance usability and accessibility, ensuring alignment with the product's compliance requirements and overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Planning:
Create and refine user interface designs, wireframes, and prototypes that align with business requirements and compliance standards. Ensure designs are scalable, accessible, and user-friendly. User Research:
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback. Analyze user behavior and preferences to inform design decisions and improve user experience. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective design solutions. Communicate design concepts and decisions clearly to the team and executives. Implementation: Develop and implement high-quality UI components using modern design tools and frameworks. Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards across the product. Problem Solving: Identify and address UX issues and challenges. Recommend and implement solutions to enhance usability and user satisfaction. Documentation:
Document design processes, decisions, and guidelines. Provide comprehensive design specifications and assets to the development team. Life at Capgemini
