Overview
Create and refine user interface designs, wireframes, and prototypes that align with business requirements and compliance standards. Ensure designs are scalable, accessible, and user-friendly. User Research:
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback. Analyze user behavior and preferences to inform design decisions and improve user experience. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective design solutions. Communicate design concepts and decisions clearly to the team and executives. Implementation: Develop and implement high-quality UI components using modern design tools and frameworks. Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards across the product. Problem Solving: Identify and address UX issues and challenges. Recommend and implement solutions to enhance usability and user satisfaction. Documentation:
Document design processes, decisions, and guidelines. Provide comprehensive design specifications and assets to the development team. Life at Capgemini
