Required Experience for Social Media Specialist
The Social Media Specialist is responsible for engaging with customers and fans in a timely manner, utilizing tools to provide excellent customer service.
Role Overview
Assist customers by answering questions, providing vehicle support, and marketing support across social platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound comments and inquiries on social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Play, and the App Store.
- Create and manage cases for complex customer assistance needs.
- Manage existing caseloads, follow up on tasks, and meet operational metrics.
- Follow standard work processes and suggest improvements.
- Identify sales opportunities and educate customers on product features and services.
- Document all customer interactions accurately.
- Support consumers with dealer, vehicle locates, and product inquiries.
- Participate in training and certifications to maintain technical knowledge.
- Deliver exceptional customer-centric service to internal and external customers.
- Contribute to process improvements for social consumer care experiences.
- Use appropriate tools to manage multiple activities efficiently.
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service-related role.
- Proficiency in computer navigation and typing.
- Strong reading comprehension and written communication skills.
Work Hours
Flexible hours, including:
- Sunday – Thursday 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM
- Tuesday – Saturday 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM
