As a Digital Content Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our fast-paced mortgage marketing team, crafting compelling content and fostering meaningful connections with our audience. Essential Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop high-quality content, including blog posts, social media messages, website copy, and email campaigns, often with tight deadlines. Leverage copywriting tools to optimize efficiency and explore new creative avenues.Community Management: Oversee and engage with our multiple online communities on various social media platforms. Respond to inquiries, foster discussions, and build relationships with our audience while navigating the dynamic nature of online interactions.Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with our marketing goals. Track performance metrics, analyze trends, and make data-driven recommendations in a fast-paced environment.Digital Content Management: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of our website content, ensuring it is informative, engaging, and optimized for search engines, while adapting to changing priorities and multiple decision-makers.Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing team to develop integrated campaigns and ensure consistency across all digital channels, often juggling simultaneous projects and tight deadlines.
Minimum Required Skills and Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field3+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing in a fast-paced environmentStrong understanding of social media platforms and their best practicesExcellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and stylesProficiency in content management systems and SEO principlesExperience with copywriting tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT)Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentOpenness to a hybrid work schedule
