- Define and optimize workflow processes with key partners to enable rapid and efficient deployment of content. Develop processes for re-promoting existing content at key times (versus always starting from scratch with new content.)

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, and PPC.
- Create compelling content for marketing materials, including blog posts, newsletters, social media posts, and website copy.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and a competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Assist in organizing and promoting events, webinars, and other marketing activities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
