If you are interested in applying for this job, please make sure you meet the following requirements as listed below.Job SummaryThe Manager User Interface (UX) & Design is responsible to lead the design efforts for the brand mobile apps and web platforms, ensuring an exceptional user experience that reflects our brand strategy and drives customer engagement and conversion. The role is responsible to serve as a customer-first advocate, focused on delivering a consistent, seamless, and intuitive user experience across all digital platforms. The role supports digital product user research, design, wireframes, prototypes, and content management for Papa John’s website, mobile apps, and supporting digital assets.
Duties And ResponsibilitiesSupport Papa John’s overall UX strategy and vision for a world-class web and app experience ensuring that it is tightly aligned with PJI’s brand and product strategy.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Digital Product, Engineering, and Marketing, to understand business goals and user needs, and translate them into effective design solutions.Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to gather insights and identify opportunities for improvement.Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that align with our brand guidelines and enhance user engagement.Drive continuous improvement by evaluating and optimizing the user experience based on data, user feedback, and industry trends.Support the end-to-end design process, from concept development to final implementation, ensuring design consistency and quality.Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of designers, reviewing their work and providing constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.Stay updated on the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX and design, and bring recommendations for incorporation into our digital experiences.Collaborate with external agencies as needed to support design initiatives and ensure timely delivery of projects.Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders, and advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization.Foster a culture of design thinking, continuous learning and constructive design critique.Everybody loves pizza, which means they also love the people who are behind the scenes working to deliver it.
