Cornerstone Systems is seeking a dynamic and versatile B2B Marketing Generalist to join our growing team at our Corporate Headquarters office, located in Memphis, TN . This role will be instrumental in supporting our marketing efforts across various channels, including social media management, email marketing campaigns, trade show coordination, and sales team support. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for contributing to the success of a Memphis-based transportation and logistics company.
Note: This is an on-site position at our Memphis HQ and not eligible for remote.

Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage the company's social media strategy on LinkedIn
- Create engaging and relevant content (text, images, videos) that aligns with brand messaging and marketing goals.
- Schedule and publish social media posts, monitor engagement, and respond to inquiries.
- Track and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices.
Email Marketing:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and customer communications.
- Manage email lists, segmentation, and database hygiene.
- Write compelling email copy and design visually appealing email templates.
- Track and analyze email campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
Trade Show Support:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of the company's participation in industry trade shows and events.
- Support the development of booth materials, presentations, and giveaways.
- Coordinate logistics such as registration, travel, and booth setup/breakdown.
- Assist with pre-show and post-show marketing activities.
Sales Team Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials that support their efforts, such as presentations, brochures, and case studies.
- Assist in the creation of sales enablement content.
- Provide support for sales-related marketing initiatives.
General Marketing Support:
- Assist with the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Track and report on marketing activities and results.
- Manage marketing collateral inventory.
- Support the planning and execution of internal events, employee engagement initiatives, and company-wide communications to foster a positive and connected workplace culture
- Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Four to Five years of experience in a B2B marketing role (experience within the transportation and logistics industry is a plus but not required)
- Proven experience managing social media platforms for business purposes.
- Experience with email marketing within HubSpot
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva) are a plus.
- Experience with AI marketing tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.)
