Essential
We are looking for a
Senior Graphic Designer
to take our brand to new heights. In this role, you will work closely with the team to design the expression of the Ritual brand while upholding high standards across all channels and platforms. You will create innovative work that supports business and brand objectives.

Collaborate with the team to drive the brand through brand-building work that is creative, culture-forward, sustainable and efficientConcept and craft:
Actively contribute to all stages of the creative process, from concept to executionMultimedia design:
Design for different media and channels-print (collateral, direct mail, packaging), screen (social content and templates, email, ads, PDPs, presentations) and experiential (activations, environmental graphics/identity/signage, swag/apparel)Champion creativity:
Contribute to a culture of innovation via dialogue and work infused with creativityKeep work on track:

Experienced Graphic Designer:

Evidence:
A current, diverse portfolio of real, produced design work that expresses innovation and experience building top lifestyle brands is required of all applicantsExperience:
3+ years of design experience, preferably a mix of in-house and agency. Experience building brands across touchpoints, e.g. identities, design systems, campaigns, print, digital product, social media, packaging. Experience with the entire design process (project scope and time planning, design steps, production/execution of design solution, pre-press print processes). Experience with regulatory compliance, content creation and/or design for sustainability is a plusMastery of software:

PAY RANGE: 76K - 130KYour base salary is one part of your total compensation package. The salary range represents the entire compensation range for this position. Exact compensation will depend on a number of factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, level, years of experience, technical expertise, and other qualifications. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range.
