Responsibilities

Construct graphic design for invitations, flyers, digital welcomes sign and miscellaneous projects
Generate graphs, table, organization charts as needed for projects or proposals
Design, edit, and perform maintenance of project profiles
Perform routine maintenance and development of company website
Create posts and monitor social media accounts
Design and prepare company brochure
Create, implement, and oversee Marketing/Business Development templates (Proposal materials, presentations, resumes, project profiles, etc…)
Coordinate advertising production (print, billboard, digital, online, etc…)
Develop job/project proposals as requested

Proposal Support (RFP Coordination, Creation, Execution, and Delivery)
Event Support inlcuding planning, execution, and participation
Internal/External Presentation Support, Coordination and Execution
Strategic Marketing Campaign on social media to create more visibility for the benefit of the Houston Business units

Physical
Occasionally required to lift up to 25 pounds
Regularly required to talk or hear
Frequently required to walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms
Subject to repetitive use of hands/arms

Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus

Must have the ability to direct others and communicate effectively with other management/ supervision
